Rick Christ
Rick Christ, Managing Partner, spent 20+ years in direct mail marketing and fundraising before devoting his efforts full-time to the internet in 1999. His experience includes account management at a fundraising agency for several clients, raising $10 million or more per year for each. Rick is a well-known expert in nonprofits' use of the internet, a frequent speaker at industry events and a prolific writer on the subject. In his spare time, Rick volunteers as a state certified Search & Rescue Field Team Leader with the Virginia Department of Emergency Management. He led a team of search dogs into New Orleans' Lower Ninth Ward after Hurricane Katrina, and he instructs Search and Rescue professionals in Virginia. Rick is a past President of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington and is a Contributing Editor to the NonProfit Times Direct Marketing Edition.
